Our ‘Spot-On Sizing’ guarantee covers incorrect measurements ONLY and products will only be replaced with the same specifications as per the original order with the exception of the sizing issue.

If the new measurements mean the product is more expensive than the original order, then the difference in price will be applied. If the new measurements are less resulting in the product being cheaper, the difference in price will not be refunded.

We will use the price on the website at the time of the guarantee being requested, NOT the time the product was placed. Any previous sales or discounts can’t be applied on the guarantee.

In order for us to activate the guarantee, the original order will need to be returned prior to the delivery of the new order.

Additional delivery charges will need to be applied, even whilst using our ‘Spot-On Sizing’ guarantee.

Each ‘Spot-On Sizing’ guarantee is offered per product. Only products that have the guarantee applied to them at checkout will be eligible for the insurance.
