With remote areas, next day delivery is not available and therefore delivery will typically be 3 -5 working days.
Delivery of samples are sent by Royal Mail (second class) and will be delivered approximately 2 working days after dispatch.
Where applicable, we always recommend ordering samples of fabrics before placing an order.
We are unable to accept returns on Made to Measure items as they will have been manufactured specifically for your order.
We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us. For peace of mind, our ‘Spot on Size’ insurance charge is the only way to protect yourself from inputting the wrong size. For more details on our ‘Spot on Size’ insurance, click here.
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them and check you are happy before attempting to hang or use.
For returnable products, you have 30 days after delivery to return faulty or damaged items which are eligible for return. Items must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging to warrant a return.
You have 14 days after delivery to return unwanted items. Unwanted items must also be returned in the original packaging and undamaged. You will be liable for the return delivery costs for unwanted goods.
