If your order has already been printed and processed then we will try our upmost to make the necessary changes. However, please note that once production is underway we will be unable to make any changes or amendments.

Measuring your windows for curtains or blinds is relatively straight forward. Please download and print off our handy measuring guides here for the necessary information.

We aim to ensure that all images of each and every design offered is accurate, both in terms of colour and pattern repeat. Although we try our best, each person’s screen resolution varies based on the device and settings applied. For this, we highly recommend ordering a sample prior to committing.

For all curtains supplied, we highly recommend dry clean only.

For all roman blinds, we would advise against dry clean. Normal upkeep (damp cloths for example) are recommended along with regular dusting.

We created our ‘Spot-On Sizing’ guarantee for Made-to-Measure products to give you peace of mind when ordering in the unlikely event that your measurements are incorrect.

This guarantee is £9.95 per item and can be added at the end of the ordering process.
